Robert James Cummins

We regret to announce the tragic passing of Robert “Bob” Cummins on January 12, 2024. He was the son of the late Pete and Dorothy Cummins of Ocala. He is survived by sister, Carol Yates of Morriston. He was a 1957 graduate of OHS and was the 1st student enrolled in CFJC with scholarship and later studied at UF. He served in the US Navy on the USS Forrestal. A military service will be held at Veterans Nat’l Cemetery in Bushnell on February 5, 2024 2:00pm. Countryside Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
