Robert Rains, age 81, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on May 18, 2024. He was born on December 21, 1942 in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, a son of William and Julia Rains. He leaves behind to cherish his memory; his wife, Martha Rains; two daughters, Kandy and Theresa; a step daughter, Jennifer Lynn; a step son, William Timothy; brothers, William Rains Jr., Ronald James Rains, Daniel Hall Rains; sisters, Linda Schupp, Esther Kuhn; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and 5 step grandchildren. He is preceded by Shirley Helen Rettiger, Loretta J. Houllis, Carol Smrekar, and Steve. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the family. Countryside funeral home has been entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
