Robert Roark

Robert Daniel Roark, 88, of Weirsdale passed away peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018 surrounded by family at home. He was born in Abingdon, Virginia to Sherman Roark and Pearl Mae Lewis Roark. He was an over-the- road truck driver for many years after retiring from the Air Force.

He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Delores Roark; his daughters, Ann Marie Lewellyn and Linda Lacek; son, Michael Roark; brother, Junior Roark; sister, Ellaree Houser; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

A military service will be held in the Springtime in Bushnell, Florida. The family is asking for donations to be given in Roberts name to the Blind Veterans Association of Central Florida. They may be remitted to:
