Robert Snodgrass

Ocala - Robert Powell Snodgrass, 79, passed away February 20, 2017. Born August 27, 1937 in Richland Center, WI, to Owen and Alvira Erickson Snodgrass. He was an over road truck driver and a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was a Life Member of Amvets Post 25, Springfield, Ohio and American Legions Post 6, Springfield, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Owen and Alvira; and step-son, Vonnie Reed, Jr. "Rusty". He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Linda L. Snodgrass; sons, Robert Curtis Snodgrass, Owen Joseph Snodgrass; daughter, Pamela (Mell) Snodgrass; step-son, Mike Reed; step-daughter, Kimberly Cullins; 21 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from Noon - 2:00 p.m., with services beginning at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL. Interment with Military Honors will be Monday, February 27, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
