Robert Vadney
February 8, 1966 — July 9, 2016
Ocala – Robert J Vadney, 50 left this earth to meet his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 9th 2016. Born February 8th 1966 in Albany, New York to Thomas James Vadney and Margaret Ellen Benedict.
Robert moved to Ocala in 1978 from upstate New York. He was a Children’s Pastor with City Light Church and a bakery manager with Publix Supermarkets for over 20 years. Robert is preceded by his parents and by his sister Pam. He is survived by his loving wife Tonya M. Vadney, children Mason, Jenna, Becca, Angelic, Alyssa, Jared, Nathan, Breanna, and Autumn. He is also survived by brothers Thomas (Barb), John and Richard (Annette) sisters Debbie (Steve), Teresa, and Sharon, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, his wonderful City Light and Publix 1201 Canopy Oaks families. Robert will truly be missed as an inspiration and loving man of Christ to many.
A celebration of his life will be held on July 23rd 2016, 10:00 am at City Light Church 4645 E Silver Spring Blvd Ocala, FL 34470.
