Weirsdale - Roger V. Jones, 60, passed away on January 13, 2020 in Summerfield, Florida. He was born on April 11, 1959 in Ocala, Florida to Edward and Pearl (Johnson) Jones.

He is preceded by his father, Edward Jones, and son, Joseph Jones; father-in-law, Robert Fales; brothers-in-law, Bill Fales and Bobby Fales; sister-in-law, Shirley Jones.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Jones; mother, Pearl Jones; son, Roger Jones "RJ" Jr.; daughter, Shannon Pepper (Kevin); sister, Linda Jones; brothers, Eddie Jones, Richard Jones (Mary), and David Jones (Carol); and grandson, Remi Pepper; mother-in-law, Patricia Copeland; brother-in-law, Scot Fales (Debbie); numerous aunt’s, uncle’s, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 12-1 p.m. on January 18, 2020, at First Baptist Church: 13725 SE 164th St, Weirsdale, FL 32195. The service will begin at 1:00 p.m. and interment will follow after the service to Forest Hill Cemetery, Weirsdale, Florida. Pastor Ron Anderson will be officiating the service.
