TULLOCK, Ruth Anita
Altamonte Springs (recently Anthony) - Ruth Anita Tullock, 97, passed away September 9, 2020, surrounded by her family. She was born May 20, 1923, in Cheatham County, TN, to the late Avery and Jesse Smock. She was an L.P.N. nurse for many years.

She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Barbara (Jack) O'Quinn.
She is survived by her daughters, Norma (John - deceased) Wallace; Wanda (Humberto) Mariscal; grandchildren, Bryant O'Quinn (deceased), Jason (Tina) Poteat, Keith (Kelly) O'Quinn, Jose (Lisa) Mariscal, Matthew Mariscal (deceased), Jeremy (LeeAnne ) Wallace, Todd O'Quinn, Jessica (Thom) Johnson, and Jacqueline (Joe) Hagee; seventeen great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Unity Baptist Church, Ocala, FL with Reverend Samuel W. Clements officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Anthony Cemetery.
