Samantha Lum

Gainesville- Samantha Anne Lum, 50, passed away November 25, 2021. She was born in Gainesville, Florida on April 9th, 1971. She owned and operated M&S Clean up. She absolutely loved her whole family. She always had a smile on her face. Samantha lived for the times when she could spend time with the ones she loved. When she wasn’t with loved ones, she spent her time tending to and growing all the plants she could get her hands on.

She is survived by her Father James A Lum Jr. (Kathy), New Berlin, NY; her Mother, Katharine U. Williams (John), Wildwood, FL; her life companion Matthew hance, and his sons Zachary and Dillon Hance, Ocala, FL; her children, Jessica A. Penix (Josh) Ocala, FL, Bryan K. Penix (Shana) Ocala, FL, William J. Penix (Marina), Ocala, FL; her grandchildren Trista, Owen, Erabella, and Maddie;  her siblings, Jacquie Lum (Josh), Ocala, FL; Dana Keppler (Will), Goldsboro, NC; Crystal Toler (Jimmy), Rocky Mount, NC; also multiple Aunt's, Uncle's, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nephew, and many, many friends.

Services will be held Monday November 29th, 2021, at 2:00 pmam at Countryside Funeral Home, 9185 NE Jacksonville Rd, Anthony FL 32617. A gathering will be held at Coehadjoe park, 4225 NE 35th St, Ocala FL 34479, following the services. Let’sall come together to celebrate the life of Sam.
