Stephen Dupree

Stephen Anderson Dupree, 53, passed away peacefully
on July 29, 2020, after a courageous battle with ALS.
Stephen was born on April 23, 1967 in Gainesville,
Florida, to William G. and Tilla Ann Scott (Dupree).
Stephen grew up in Vienna, Virginia, where he graduated
from Langley High School and Virginia Commonwealth
University (VCU). After serving in the U.S. Navy, Stephen
moved to Superior, Colorado, where he pursued his
passion for life as a world class athlete in both triathlon
and duathlon (running and biking) events winning
numerous national/international awards.

He is survived by his parents Bill and Ann Dupree; sister
Shannon Geary (Thomas) and niece Meghan.

A Celebration of Life will take place, in Colorado in the near
future, where his ashes will be spread across his favorite
mountain.
