Steve Ellis Mitchum

Steve Ellis Mitchum, age 64, of Reddick, Florida passed away on July 27, 2024 at his home. He was born on January 22, 1960, in Ocala, Florida, a son of Heyward and Sylvia Mitchum. 

He leaves behind to celebrate his memory; his daughters, Candice Mitchum; son in law, Kevin Wade and Cherish Pruett-Good son in law, Connor Good, son; Kyle Mitchum and daughter in law Rebecca Mitchum; father, Hayward Mitchum; brother, Lawrence Mitchum; sisters, Diane Hughes, Belinda "Jean" Bruun brother in law Darryl; grandchildren; Summer, Stevie Ray, Jaymie, Jadelynn, Patrick jr, Cheyenne, Gavin, Sawyer, Swift, Wyatt, Maci, Tuff, Porter, Chevy, Arthur, great grandchild Jahzara, nephews Roy, Johnathan, David, nieces, Erika and Stacia. 

He is preceded in death by his mother Sylvia Mitchum and daughter Desire'e Kane. 

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Countryside Funeral Home.
