BLEVINS, Teresa A.

Summerfield - Teresa Ann Blevins " Teri", 55, passed away on August 9, 2019. She was born on October 16, 1963 in Ironton, Ohio to Roy Blevins and Maymie Spillman. Teresa enjoyed going to the beach, pow wows and festivals with family and friends, doing arts and crafts. More than anything Teresa loved spending time with her family especially her granddaughter Kylla, and going to church on Sundays.

She is preceded by father Roy Blevins and her sister Melissa "Missy" Fulford.

She is survived by her loving mother Maymie Spillman and step father Roger Spillman; son JR Maynard; sisters, Othabelle Fleming (Johnie) and Lisa Gates (Jarrod); granddaughter Kylla Maynard; and as well as many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, Fl with Richard Lowe officiating.
