Teresa Irene Saturnio, age 67, of Ocklawaha, Florida, passed away on November 22, 2023. She was born on March 1, 1956 in Cushing, Oklahoma a daughter to James and Helen Powell. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband Ray Saturnio, three daughters, Tera Stone (Chris) RaeLeene Adams (Anthony) Readawn Million (Greg), a son, RJ Saturnio (Brittany), a sister Geneva Bodiford and a brother Billy Sloan. She is preceded by two brothers, Jimmy Powell and Frank Powell. While she was notorious for being the life of the party and known for being fun loving and mischievous, she will be fondly remembered by many for her loving hugs and generous heart. For this reason, we are asking anyone who feels compelled to donate to her favorite charities, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project in her honor. Teresa was a mother who gave her children the best life she could and loved her grandchildren dearly. She had a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and worked to follow him daily. She will be remembered for her fondness of animals, especially birds and cats. She loved cats dearly and helped adopt or feed any strays she came across. Teresa will be missed dearly by everyone she leaves behind. Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
