Thomas Lash

Citra - Thomas Edward Lash, 59, passed away February 24, 2016. Born November 7, 1956, in Jacksonville, Illinois, he is the son of Charles Edward Lash and Shirley A. Crawford. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a warehouse worker for Golden Flake for many years. He was a member of New Saint Paul Church and the National Honor Society. He was an avid rock and fossil collector and enjoyed history and reading.
Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Martha Lash, Citra, FL; brother, Tim Lash (Deb), Waverly, IL; sister, Sharon Bonjean (Pat), Franklin, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL. Funeral Service will be at a later date in Jacksonville, IL. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Hospice of Marion County PO Box 4860 Ocala, FL 34478; New Saint Paul Church 19431 NW 100th Ave Road, Micanopy 32667; or Trinity Lutheran Church 4001 NE 25th Ave Ocala, FL 34479.
