Tomy Hurst

Ocala – Tomy Calvin Hurst, 79, passed away July 8, 2016 at home.  Born September 11, 1936 in St. Louis, Missouri to Milburn and Hettie Gould Hurst. He has been a Marion County resident for 21 years.  Tom worked for WPTV in West Palm Beach, Florida from the age of 18 and then the Nestle company until he retired.
Tom is survived by his wife, Kelly D. Hurst; daughter, Debra Modrow (Michael); step-daughters, Stacy Bering, Kimberly Cartwright; sisters, Jean Erhardt, Pauline Hayes; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Arrangements for a memorial event and interment will be made at a future date by the family.
