Tony D'Calandra

Tony D'Calandra, 80, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on February 4, 2021 in Ocala, Florida. He was born February 28, 1940 to Carl Calandra and Josephine Vasco Calandra in Brooklyn, New York. He was a master electrical engineer by trade and his passion was bringing joy to all who he touched with his music.

He is preceded by his parents; son in-law, Charles Chiarelly; granddaughter, Rebecca Wetherell.

He is survived by his loving wife Margaret Fochtman Calandra; daughters, Joann Chiarelly, Donna Swarbrick (Tom) and Lisa Sardisco (Charlie); sister, MaryAnn DeBlasio; grandchildren, Mark (Jessie), Danielle, Justin, Sheena (Dale), Joanna (Andrew), Kelly, Vanessa (Aaron), David, Shannon (Kevin), Nick; great-grandchildren, McKayla, Cole, Blake, Hannah, Adam, Gavin, Judge, Penelope, Gabe, Sophia, Noah, Evan, Liam, Lexie, Ellie, Kylie, Abbie, Rosemary.

A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 19, 2021 at Saint Theresa Catholic Church in Belleview, Florida.
