He is survived by his loving wife, Enida Melendez; and daughters, Marilyn Quinones and Siomara Melendez (Javier.)

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, Fl.
