Virginia Banks

Virginia Ann Banks, 68, passed away February 15, 2021 in Ocala, Florida.  She was born on April 13, 1952, in New Britain, Connecticut to Richard VanValkenburgh and Edith Robbins. She graduated college with a bachelors degree from Bob Jones University. She taught for 48 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Richard and Edith VanValkenburgh and brother; Ricky VanValkenburgh.

She is survived by her loving husband of 47.5 years, Jerry Banks, sons; David Banks (Elisabeth) and Tom Banks (Sharon), daughters; Adina Leon (Doug), Allison Whitman, Lisa Bell (Robert), Laura Seifkes (Erik), Kimberly Brondyke (Jon), sisters; Lynn Stange and Wendy Sullivan; brother, Gary VanValkenburgh; As well as 15 grandchildren; Joshua Leon, Micah Leon, Noah Leon, Abigail Leon, Sierra Banks, Emma Banks, Christian Banks, Samuel Whitman, Anna Whitman, Monica Whitman, Bob Bell Jr., Tom Bell, Lochlan Siefkes, Emmi Siefkes and Lincoln Siefkes.
