William Bazemore

BAZEMORE, William Donald
Micanopy – William Donald Bazemore, 82, passed away August 11, 2015. Born August 11, 1933, in Holly Hill, FL, to Lamar Bazemore and Marie James Bazemore. He graduated from University of Florida. Upon graduation, he joined W.T. Grant where he was eventually promoted to district management. Later he moved to McIntosh where he was involved in development and management in the construction industry. He was a long-time member of the McIntosh United Methodist Church. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Poppel Bazemore; son, Chip Bazemore and wife Tracy, Micanopy, Greg Bazemore, Micanopy; grandchildren, Elizabeth  and Lucas Bazemore. He was preceded in death by brothers, James & Robert Bazemore.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brain Research Center at University of Florida CTRND, PO Box 100243, Gainesville, FL 32610 or the McIntosh United Methodist Church Building Fund, PO Box 689, McIntosh, FL 32664.
