William "Bill" Fish

Ocala - William 'Bill' Fish, 82, passed away Monday night, August 8, 2016. He was born in Baker County on August 17, 1933 to Benjamin Gay Foy and Sarah Canady Fish. He was one of 12 children.
He is survived by four sisters, Cherie Pearson,

Midkiff (Don), Joyce Thrift and Ellender Lee; his loving wife of 58 years, Betty; their two children, Tim and Connie Sauls; four grandchildren; and one
great-grandchild

Bill was a long time resident of Anthony, FL. He spent his career as a respected educator and became Superintendent of Marion County Schools from 1972 - 1976. Other achievements include member of the Ocala Shrine Club (past President), Ocala Kiwanis Club (past President and Director), and Mason (past President).
Services will be held at Anthony United Methodist Church,

August 13, 2016, visitation at 11:00am, Funeral service at 12:00pm with Pastors Don Pratt and Pastor Samuel W. Clements officiating. Graveside burial to follow in Anthony Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made
