Silver Springs, Florida - William "Bill" Patrick McLean II, 56, passed away November 19, 2017. Born on November 12, 1961, in Watertown, New York to William P. McLean I and Shirley Ripley McLean. Bill worked as an over the road truck driver. Bill served in the United States Navy as an Airman, Aviation Ordnanceman Striker. Bill enjoyed the outdoors and his favorite activities were camping and fishing.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Peggy McLean; children, step-daughter, Melissa Kent, daughter Carissa Terry; grandchildren Ashley Saylor, Jayan Brandon, and Ava Goodwin; great-grandchildren John "Henry" Frazier and Kaley Saylor; brother, John (Pennie) McLean; sisters, Darlene (Wayne) LeRoux, and Kathryn "Kitty" (Joseph) Sparacino; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
A private graveside service with military honors will be held in early December 2017 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
