William "Bob" Watson

William Robert "Bob' Watson, resident of Orange Springs, FL passed away to his heavenly home on December 1, 2020 at 3pm.

He is survived by his wife Glenda and three children; daughters, Mary (Jimmy) Good, Wendy Patterson and son Michael (Chris) Watson. He is also survived by his five step-children, Gene (Janice) Davis, Tracy Davis, Rhonda (Dale) Barry, Clint Davis, and Ken Davis; and many loving and adoring grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his two daughters, Cheryl Tuberville and Gail (Wayne) Davis; both his parents and siblings.

Bob was born September 26, 1929 in Tifton, GA and moved to FL at a young age. Through hard work and dedication he built a career that spanned 60 plus years. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed many hours doing both. But above all else was his love and passion for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was a prayer warrior and a good and faithful Servant. He never met a stranger or missed an opportunity to share God's word. Though his journey in this life has ended, we take comfort knowing this is not goodbye, it's "See ya later."

Graveside service will be Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., at the Simmons Baptist Church Cemetery, Orange Springs, FL.
